You can refer new customers in the Mijn Zonnefabriek app (and on the website). If that person then proceeds to purchase a solar panel system from Zonnefabriek, we will thank you for this with an amount of at least €100 per referred customer! We explain how it works here.

N.B.: It is very important that the person has not already contacted us themselves! After all, if the potential customer is already known to us, you cannot claim that you put him or her in touch with us!

How does it work?

Open the Mijn Zonnefabriek app on your smartphone. Click on the ‘friends’ icon in the bottom right. Then click on ‘register friend’. Here you can enter the name, email address, and phone number of the person you wish to refer.

If the person is already known to us, you will receive a notification regarding this; in that case, you unfortunately cannot claim the ‘ambassador fee’ of at least €100.

However, if the person is new to Zonnefabriek, you will receive a notification that we are going to contact him or her. The potential customer will appear in your list of ‘referred customers’, with the message ‘(no) agreement yet’.

If the customer proceeds to purchase a system from Zonnefabriek, the customer's status is automatically changed to ‘earned and paid out’. The amount is transferred to the account number we have recorded for you in the system. At the bottom of the customer list, you can see the total amount that has been paid out to you so far.
